My Image about Japan

The image I have is that most of the Japanese are very healthy and energetic. In my opinion, Japanese are healthy because of the enviroment and their diets. In the aspect of enviroment, nearly 70% to 80% of Japan are forested. Therefore the air in most of the area in Japan are very clean and fresh. And their water is very clean and unpolluted where they can drink water directly without boiled.Besides that, Japanese diets are very healthy. They eat fresh and nutritious food everyday such as fish, vegetable, tofu, nato, rice and so on. They usually cook their food by steaming, boiling, and using less oil. Futhermore, they used to drink greean tea everyday which is good for human's body.
